Prince's iconic home will be a museum starting this fall. Will you visit?

Prince fans, prepare to climax. The news out of Minnesota is that the infamously reclusive late artist’s Chanhassen, MN estate will be made into a museum that will offer tours to the public as early as this fall. Prince’s sister, Tyka Nelson, issued a statement announcing the decision.

“Opening Paisley Park is something that Prince always wanted to do and was actively working on,” said Prince’s sister Tyka Nelson. “Only a few hundred people have had the rare opportunity to tour the estate during his lifetime.

Now fans from around the world will be able to experience Prince’s world for the first time as we open the doors to this incredible place.”

The tour will allow guests to check out Prince’s recording studio, rehearsal spaces and private NPG club, which has hosted the numerous private shows that became the stuff of legend over the years. The artist’s instruments, awards, intricate stage costumes and fleet of motorcycles will also be on display.

The announcement came by way of the managers of Price’s estate, Bremer Trust. With no children and no known will outlining the future of his approximately $150 million estate, the expected shit-show of claimants is well underway – a Minnesota judge recently threw out the cases of 30 vultures claiming to be relatives of the man born Prince Rogers Nelson.

Tickets for Paisley Park tours go on sale this Friday at 3 PM EST — Tours start later this year, on October 6th.[h/t RollingStone]
