23 years later, Kelsey Rohr ran into the Nirvana drummer.

If most people danced around in a child-sized Ku Klux Klan robe at age six, they’d probably do their best to keep that information under wraps. It could be a major blow to their personal brand and search engine results. Not so for Kelsey Rohr, who did just that as part of director Anton Corbijn’s 1993 music video for Nirvana’s “Heart-Shaped Box.”

By chance, the now 29-year-old Rohr met up with former Nirvana drummer and sentient Internet content factory Dave Grohl, and of course immediately posted a selfie, as you do.

“Today Dave Grohl and I picked up right where we left off 23 years ago on set of Nirvana’s last music video ‘Heart-Shaped Box,” Rohr captioned the Instagram photo of herself with the nostalgia-powered rock icon. “Today reminded me that I peaked at 6 years old BUT I was the most badass kid on the playground.”

Let’s try to imagine how grade-school conversations went for her back in the heady days of 1993:

“Kelsey, was that really you in a KKK cloak frolicking around a tree sprouting human fetuses in that cool music video? Yes? Welcome to the popular kids’ table, baby!”
