Greg Ginn isn’t going to let a lost lawsuit keep him from treking on with his reunited-ish Black Flag line-up, and today the band announced its (sort of) first album in 28 years with What The…. Unfortunately, that’s the album art up top.

This nu, old Black Flag line-up features Ginn on guitar, Ron Reyes on vocals, with Screeching Weasel’s Dave Klein on bass and Gregory Moore on drums.

FLAG, the other (and most would say better) Black Flag tribute act haven’t commented on this news yet, likely because they can’t possibly care. With Keith Morris, Dez Cadena, Chuck Dkowski and Bill Stevenson, they’re far better than “Black Flag,” and that they’re not desecrating the band’s name with terrible new music is a definite plus.

What The… is due out soon, on November 5th. [via BrooklynVegan]
