October 23rd would have been Katy Perry and Russell Brand’s second anniversary, had they not famously split earlier this year. The date is just two days before Katy Perry’s 28th birthday, so rather than mope around all week, Perry has decided to throw herself a divorce party. That’s gotta sting, Russ.
