Since it’s impossible to address the total madness of the music industry in only five days, Pop Uncultured saves some of the week’s strangest stories for Friday afternoon. Enjoy?

A Tupac hologram performed at Coachella last weekend [FULL STORY]

And it seems that Coachella in itself actually took place right here:Tom Petty‘s stolen guitar showed up in a pawn shop

According to NME, Tom Petty’s guitar has surfaced in a Hollywood pawn shop after being stolen by a private security guard from a rehearsal space last week. The CEO of Culver Studios (the rehearsal space) responded by saying that all of Tom Petty’s stolen guitars have been recovered and that the suspect has been arrested, and I have responded by saying that I don’t know how many times I should have to apologize, but rent isn’t cheap and I needed the money.

Lionel Richie sold more records than Adele last week

Lionel Richie’s latest record has finally replaced Adele’s 21 at the top of the Billboard charts, meaning that my nights spent making and praying to this shrine have worked:

Justin Timberlake is focusing on interior design [FULL STORY]

In an attempt to remind us that he’s not just a musician, Justin Timberlake has confessed his love for interior design, going so far as to release HomeMint, a home decor line that will be available soon. Well you know what they say: you know what’s cooler than a million different ventures? Crying to the entire *NSync discography alone in your apartment because you still can’t believe it’s been ten years since you requested “SexyBack” unironically at the bar and everyone danced and you were happy.

Kanye West is not dating Kim Kardashian (probably)

After allegedly referencing Kim Kardashian as his own Beyonce, Kanye West has gone on the record stating that he “would never compare anyone to his friend’s wife” and that unless he says “something in a rap or on Twitter, it’s not true.” Thus based on this logic, we can finally admit to ourselves that Beyonce did NOT have the greatest album of all time (of all time). The Dream dyed his beard blonde because he lost a bet [FULL STORY]

Unfortunately for The Dream, when the Atlanta Hawks didn’t make the playoffs, he had to dye his beard platinum. I use the word “unfortunately” because no one can be as stylish as this man:

Biz Markie collects Barbies [FULL STORY]

After showing his massive Barbie collection off to Celebrity House Hunting, it has been confirmed that Biz Markie does indeed collect Barbies. What we didn’t see was that following the broadcast, Biz was confronted by his closest friends and family who staged an emotional intervention that looked exactly like this (at 10:10).

Nicki Minaj has quit Twitter

Bidding her followers “Good f*cking bye,” Nicki Minaj has made her exit from Twitter after a fan site leaked her songs. In related news, LinkedIn’s CEO still can’t believe Nicki Minaj found out about his fansite – or that his plan worked. [via Billboard]

There’s a new Rebecca Black in the house and her name is Lisa Gale

Releasing her song “Three Second Rule,” Southern (and middle-aged) Lisa Gale has replaced Rebecca Black as the person I will now base my sole purpose for existing on. Call me fickle, just don’t call me three seconds late for dinner. (That’s my three second rule.) [via Vulture]

Some questionable Rihanna photos have surfaced

After an eventful Coachella weekend, Rihanna was “spotted” with “thug life” scrawled across her stomach smoking the biggest “hand rolled cigarette” us and Snoop Dogg had ever seen. Now with it being 4/20, we should all take a moment to think of what Rihanna is probably up to . . .

. . . Trying to figure out why her hologram is so rebellious! #LOL
