Talib Kweli debuted “Distractions” for Occupy Wall Street protesters back in October, but he’s finally put the song to tape. As expected the song is more than a little politically charged, and its video follows suit, bringing the track full circle with curated footage from the New York protests.

The song is featured on his upcoming album, Prisoner of Conscious.
