Slipknot singer invited to speak at Oxford University

Maybe this is just another part of that Rapture thing everyone keeps talking about? Oxford Univeristy has invited Slipknot vocalist Corey Taylor to give a guest speech at the school after students voted him as who they’d most want to speak at their Student Union. Obviously that whole school is the funniest bunch of people ever. We wish we went to that school.

Taylor told a Kansas Radio station, “[it’s] very ironic seeing as I didn’t graduate from high school…I’m probably going to swear and sweat a lot.”

He does not yet know what he will speak about or when it will be, or whether or not he will wear the mask, but it better be soon because as we said this could be a sure sign that the world is ending tomorrow. [via NME]
