This morning's new music news; Low will release their new LP 'C'mon' in April, Roby Coast have released their debut LP as a free download and DeVotchKa will be touring North America in support of their upcoming album '100 Lovers'.

Low will release a new album called C’mon on April 12 via Sub Pop. Following last year’s free online EP Live in Eindhoven, the new ten track album was recorded in a former Catholic church in Duluth, Minnesota. [Exclaim!]

Ruby Coast have released their debut LP Whatever This Is online for free download from their Bandcamp page. The band released the EP Projectable Collections in 2008.

And DeVotchKa will be touring their forthcoming album 100 Lovers this Spring with one Canadian date scheduled in Vancouver on March 4 at Commodore Ballroom. 100 Lovers will be released on March 1. [CofS]
