Dave Grohl allegedly sues Scissor Sisters for $75m

Scissor Sisters have release a new report on their official online TV outlet that claims Foo Fighters/Them Crooked Vultures drummer Dave Grohl is suing the band for $75 million after he went to one of their gigs and saw lead vocalist Jake Shears’ testicles during a wardrobe malfunction. The news reporter in the video, Lester Zizmore, sits down with Grohl who recalls the event while trying to fight the tears from swelling up in his eyes.

In response to getting a glimpse of Shears’ balls, it is revealed in this report the drummer is suing the venue, Ticketmaster, the band’s record label, Scissor Sisters’ management company and their wardrobe department. “Every night when I go to bed, every time I blink my eyes, I still see Jake’s nuts,” Grohl says. “Is $75 million going to erase that from my life, probably not.” Yes, we know this is a joke.
