Jane's Addiction Adds Duff McKagan to Lineup

Jane’s Addiction are currently in the studio working with their newest member, bassist Duff McKagan. Both Jane’s Addiction and McKagen have had to deal with band breakups in the last while as Jane’s bassist Eric Avery, once a member back in the ’90s, recently quit the band after a short reunion. McKagen on the other hand has dealt with the breakup of Guns N Roses as well as Velvet Revolver. A post on guitarist Dave Navarro’s Twitter contained a picture (above) of the band with McKagen on bass. Jane’s Addiction are expected to release new material sometime later this year. The band’s last album, Strays, came out in 2003 and contains the singles “Just Because” and “True Nature.”
