"She, like all pop stars, needs to hunt to survive."

Adele, that lady we all agree we like a lot, has reconquered the planet with the release of her latest single “Hello” and now its accompanying video has earned the Sir David Attenborough narration treatment.

The legendary broadcaster and naturalist took on Adele’s Xavier Dolan helmed promo for BBC Radio 1 and we’re all the better for it. At first Attenborough is worried that the recording superstar will be cross with him, but elects to go along with the request because the world deserves magical things.

“Look as the world’s most famous pop star zooms down a dirty road in an old Mini,” says Attenborough as the clip rolls. “Money certainly hasn’t changed her. Battling against strong winds and the weight of expectation, she’s convinced now is the time to strike. She, like all pop stars, needs to hunt to survive.”

Yes, he brings up the flip phone. Everyone brings up the flip phone, don’t they? Xavier Dolan would like you to quit talking about the flip phone, please.

You didn’t come here to listen to us blather on about the video. You came here to watch it. Sir David Attenborough’s must-see narration for Adele’s “Hello” video is tucked below for your educational benefit.
