Mr. 2 Dope Goes to Washington.

Last week, more than 500,000 people marched on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. as part of the Women’s March in support of reproductive, LGBTQ, environmental, and worker’s rights. The march, and its worldwide accompanying marches, were aimed at the newly-inaugurated President Trump, whose administration isn’t exactly amenable to those objectives. Now, a new march is being planned in protest of the government, but this time, the marchers are going to be a whole lot rowdier, and they’re probably going to swap out the pussy hats for clown makeup. Yep, the Juggalos are going to march on Washington in protest of the FBI’s designation of the Insane Clown Posse fanbase as a ‘loosely organized hybrid gang.’

The Million Juggalo March is scheduled to take place on September, as per the official website. “To be sure, this is NOT a party, Gathering of the Juggalos, or a frivolous social event,” notes the site. “This march is a serious, peaceful public demonstration, organized for one purpose — to deliver a message to the world showing how Juggalos have been unfairly stigmatized and discriminated against simply for identifying as being part of a particular music-based subculture. The golden rule of the march for participants is simply this: If you’re not serious about being there, just stay home”. Yeah, if all you literal clowns aren’t serious, don’t even bother coming!

The Juggalo march comes after ICP lost their civil suit against the FBI for listing Juggalos as a gang, “meaning we are back to square one from a legal standpoint” as per ICP. The march is planned to start at the crack of noon on September 16th, and will kick off on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, and will end at with a Jiffy Lube-sponsored free show in Bristow, Virginia. Performers confirmed for the event include 2 Live Crew, Vanilla Ice, a murderer’s row of Psychopathic Records acts, and of course, ICP themselves. So grab your facepaint and 2L of Faygo, and, come September, get ready to show the U.S. federal government you’re serious about being a fan of clown rappers.
