Here are this year's Grammy nominees

The nominees for the 2017 edition of the Grammy awards were announced by Meghan Trainor today live on CBS, and the field is stacked with a range of diverse artists and their musical works. Yep, everything from Beyoncé’s Lemonade, to Beyoncé’s “Formation”, to Beyoncé and Jack White’s “Don’t Hurt Yourself” is represented on the 2017 list of nominees.

The Queen Bey herself (of course) leads the field with nominations in 9 categories, with Drake, Kanye, and Rihanna tying for the #2 spot with 8 noms each.

2017 also marks an auspicious moment in the history of the Rock category: For the first time ever, Blink-182’s have been nominated, for their Tom DeLonge-less effort California. All it took was finally getting rid of the whiny alien conspiracy theorist to make the cut.
