G-G-Geriatric Unit!

Could the P.I.M.P. be moving out of his Connecticut mansion to make room for the AARP? According to TMZ, that’s definitely the case.

Rapper/Actor/Mogul/Bankrupt Guy 50 Cent has reportedly reached an agreement to sell his massive 50,000 square foot home to a buyer that plans to turn the place into an assisted living facility.

50’s mansion includes such amenities as 21 bedrooms, 25 bathrooms (poop where Tony Yayo’s pooped!), an infinity pool, a helicopter pad, and a fully functioning casino. We assume the light bulbs probably come with the property too.

This thing’s apparently been on the market since 2007 with the original asking price set at $18.5 million, but TMZ says the buyers were able to snap it up at much much lower price. How low? $8 million. We’re no mathmagicians, but that seems like a bit of a dip.

(Shameless Begging Note: If any gods or sorcerers are reading this: PLEASE MAKE 50 CENT DO SEVERAL EPISODES OF HOUSE HUNTERS, HOUSE HUNTERS INTERNATIONAL, AND POSSIBLY WHATEVER THE TINY VERSION IS!)

Are you texting your Nana right now to try and get her into 50 Cent’s New England mansion/senior fun zone? Don’t move too fast. According to People, this done deal is neither done nor officially a deal just yet. A rep for 50 says the mansion is still on the market and that offers are still being looked at. You’d think “old people + casino” would equal slam dunk, but here we are.
