Ozzy's sinusitis caused cancellations in Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver.

Following their recent concert cancellations in Edmonton and Calgary, “the final tour from the greatest metal band of all time” has now seen its Wednesday, February 3 stop in Vancouver postponed as well.

Statements from Black Sabbath cite a stuffed-up Ozzy Osbourne as the reason for these cancellations. A press release for the Alberta dates referred to the singer’s “extreme sinusitis”, while the Vancouver statement now mentions his “continued severe sinusitis.” Ozzy’s nose has gotten him in trouble in the past, but this is a whole other story.

The riff-wielding legends are expected to reschedule their West Coast Canadian shows, with the press releasing asking fans to “please hold on to your tickets until further details are available.”

The rest of the band’s tour dates are listed below. It’s a long time until their Toronto show in August, but let’s hope they can make it to Montreal and the banger Valhalla of Hamilton later this month.
