Forget it other hopeful renters, you're out of your element!

The Knowles-Carter empire now has a beloved movie mansion in their collection of homes.

TMZ reports that Beyoncé and Jay Z (people you know and like!) are now renting a $45 million Holmby Hills pad that was once the home of Los Angeles Dodgers owner Frank McCourt and served as the mansion featured in The Big Lebowski. Bunny Lebowski and Brandt are not included in the purchase from what we understand because those are fictional characters. See a pic of the mansion from the film below:

Bey and Jay were outbid last year when they tried to buy the residence, but were able to swoop into snatching up the lease when the billionaire who bought it just left the place vacant and McCourt placed the location into rental status. The mansion, which boasts five bedrooms, six bathrooms, an Olympic-sized indoor swimming pool, a dance studio, a library/screening room and a spa, reportedly costs the power couple $150,000 a month.

This isn’t the first time Beyoncé and The Big Lebowski have been intertwined. Queen Bey’s track “Partition” features some French spoken word that is remarkably similar to dialogue uttered by Julianne Moore’s character Maude in the film. Maybe she’ll pop up at next year’s Lebowski Fest with a White Russian in hand.
