BYOSM (bring your own Slipknot mask).

Slipknot fans can now wait (and bleed) in line for a spooktacular attraction.

The masked metalheads are launching three haunted houses and some “live horror entertainment” to serve as the crown jewels of Sacramento’s Scream Park. Running from October 2 to November 1, these dwellings aim to scare the shit out of patrons and probably not in a Christian Hell House sort of way. (BUT COULD YOU IMAGINE???) The California capital is the site of this annual haunted house spectacular, but this year’s go-around is the first one to feature Slipknot branding.

Would you like descriptions of the three big attractions? Happy to oblige.

Prepare For Hell: “Welcome to the bowels of hell. Stylized in the vein of Slipknot, this haunted attraction brings you through hell’s most obscene and shocking layer, reserved only for the most heinous individuals. What you see can never be unseen.”

Clown’s Playhouse: “Traverse the mind of Clown in this hardcore fluorescent attraction. This attraction features high-shock clowns and vibrant creatures who reside in Clown’s extensive imagination. Escape his mind in this labyrinth before the creatures corner you. This haunted attraction utilizes 3D chroma-depth technology, augmenting this nightmare from jaw-dropping to jaw-dropping-off.”

Skin Ticket: “As urban explorers, your group has decided to break into an abandoned house in Sacramento’s depressed part of town. You thought it was abandoned – until you smelled the rancid decay of rotting flesh. You have stumbled into the home of a serial killer. Find your way out of this horrifying estate in total blackout – the electricity has been shut off. Your group will be given one flashlight to survive.”

As is the case with most things from the bowels of hell that will tear your soul apart, the accompanying Facebook page offers up some charming pictures of what you might encounter.

It looks a bit like a Yelp review of a Motel 6.

Here’s Shawn Crahan (a.k.a. Clown) giving his big ol’ sales pitch.

And a proper trailer for added razzamatazz.
