Apparently this flavour is a bit too freaky deeky.

Goo goo gaga! The artist formerly known as Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta (a.k.a. Lady Gaga) is threatening legal action against the makers of a royal baby themed breast-milk ice cream.

To celebrate the birth of Prince William and Kate Middleton’s second royal rugrat, British ice cream aficionados The Licktators (previously responsible for a Blur-themed flavour) nursed out Baby Gaga earlier this year. After discovering this motherly delicacy, the pop star’s goon squad sent the dairy company a cease-and-desist letter alleging that it infringed on Gaga’s trademark.

The Licktators were directed to pull all jars of Baby Gaga from the shelves and withdraw any mentions of the product within 14 days. They have refused to bow down to pressure from the freaky deeky singer, and company director Nadine O’Connor has provided an alternate solution: “We will send complimentary tubs of our ice cream to Lady Gaga for chilling out to, as a gesture of peace and goodwill.”
