How have you been taking the gap between Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt seasons? Hopefully you haven’t hunkered down into a bunker like an Indiana mole woman to wait this out, because a tiny sliver of video has tumbled out to make your heart sing.
Check out this Instagram clip featuring Tituss Burgess, Jane Krakowski and Unbreakable creator Tina Fey lip syncing Beyoncé’s “***Flawless” on a plane. Fey is particularly on point with her Bey-channeling performance, but kudos are earned all around. Who needs 30 minutes of Lip Sync Challenge when you can have 15 seconds of excellence?
Here’s hoping this leads to an Instagram lip sync set that includes a variety of Unbreakable classics. You could start with “Daddy’s Boy” and build to Titus Andromedon’s masterpiece “Peeno Noir.”
Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt season 2 will pop up on Netflix in spring 2016. At least we have Wet Hot American Summer: First Day Of Camp at our doorstep.
