Juggalos are threatening small businesses in Portland

For the most part Juggalos are completely harmless, but their lowest common denominator is a special breed of awful. Case in point, a bunch of down with the clown homies have been threatening small businesses in Portland, posting flyers telling them to “get the fuck out” and to “vacate” or “suck their dicks.”

North Portland news station KOIN 6 says the flyers were found on places like the Hop Works Urban Brewery, which we’ll assume doesn’t serve Faygo, and that businesses have noticed an increase in acts of vandalism; broken car windows, mostly.

The station thinks these businesses are being targeted in the wake of increased gentrification of the area, a concept we strongly doubt whoop-whooping thugs in children’s facepaint truly understand. But still, the cultural shift is apparently intense, and at least enough to have legitimate business people on their heels.

“So I don’t know what we did to make them angry or anybody else to make them angry,” said brewer Spencer Kollman. “This is straight up vulgar.”
