Listen to new music by Holy Shad, the collaboration between Holy Fuck and Shad

Earlier this summer, previous Polaris nominees Shad and Holy Fuck, chosen jointly by the Banff Centre and Polaris Music Prize for the inaugural Banff-Polaris Residency, retreated to Banff Centre’s mountainside recording studio. Together they become Holy Shad. The result of the collaboration, two songs called “The Legend of Cy Borg Pt. 1” and “The Legend of Cy Borg Pt. 2,” is finally available. It is weird as hell and it is awesome. Check it out now over at Polaris’ site.

The Polaris Music Prize 2014 Gala takes place at the Carlu in Toronto on September 22.
