Jack White finally had fun at a baseball game

Last week, Jack White made headlines when he went to a baseball game. It’s not normally news, but images of the blues rock Nosferatu’s resting bitch face at the Cubs/Padres game went viral. Dude looked miserable, and some quick investigation thereafter proved it wasn’t a one time thing. Here, he looked irked and bothered with Pokey LaForge at a Cardinals game. Here, he smirks with his back to the White Sox.
But last night, dude redeemed himself. Celebrating Detroit’s Christmas in July, White threw out the first pitch… to Jolly Saint Nick himself. And sure, he looked stoic and focused tossing the pitch itself, not even the stone faced slinger himself could resist a smirk backstage.
See that picture up top? Where he’s grinning ear to ear with Paws, the Detroit Tigers mascot and a bespectacled Santa Claus? There’s your belief in the Christmas spirit restored for another year.
He even took a selfie with ’em!
