Polaris Music Prize voting glitch causes a 41st album to be added to long list

Guys the future is NOT PERFECT. This is evidenced by an error in the Polaris Music Prize’s new voting system; it caused the accidental omission of Greg MacPherson’s Fireball, which was added to the long list yesterday, making it the first with 41 albums.
