Perhaps more than anything, Limp Bizkit were a band predicated on love—of hot dogs, the nookie and their g-g-generation. But Fred Durst’s passionate butt-metal cries have been dampened of late. His directorial career floundered, his DJ quit, and Gold Cobra drew less attention than a John Otto side-project. For a while, it seemed like Durst was down in the dumps. Not anymore.

Cash Money came through to save his music career, enlisting Lil Wayne to drop lines like “I’m on this and that, and such and such” on “Ready to Go,” and now, eHarmony’s here to reignite his film career. Details are sparse, but the dating site shared a tweet earlier this week that featured Director Durst palling out with Dr. Warren, the old guy who runs the company and gives would-be lovers hope in the brand’s delightfully patronizing commercials.

There’s no knowing what the finished product will look like, but the tweet, embedded above, makes mention of more than one commercial. Maybe one for every edge of Durst’s broken heart—one that waited so long to figure it out, only to be deceived by his so-called girl. She had a hidden agenda and put his heart in a blender, but when it comes to his work behind the camera, Durst doesn’t seem ready to surrender.

A chump? Hey. Watch your tongue. These commercials will be magnificent, assuming they leave the cookies out of it.
