Bono politely photobombed a couple's wedding pictures

Most wedding photographers make the bride and the groom the stars of their work. Things change, however, when Bono gets involved.
Of course, Sinead O’Sullivan and David O’Connor—the newlyweds in question—weren’t mad. While posing for post-nuptial photos in suburban Dublin with their photographer, Carol Ryan, the U2 singer (and one-time papal candidate) emerged from a Christmas dinner. When the couple asked Bono to be a part of their photos, he obliged.
“We were taking photos at Colliemore Harbour in Dalkey and had just finished when Bono strolled by,” the photographer recounted to The Irish Mirror. “I asked him if he would be photographed with Sinead and David and he said of course. I have to say he was a real gent. We took a snap or two, he kissed Sinead’s hand and continued on his walk leaving us all a bit stunned.”
