Both James Franco and the creators behind the movie Spring Breakers claimed that the Alien character wasn’t based on RiFF RaFF, but nobody bought it, RiFF especially. And after turning the tables with his appearance on One Life to Live the tatted up rapper says he’s ready to take the dispute up a notch with a lawsuit of 8 to 10 million dollars.

The above image seems to be what sparked it. In it, Franco is seen standing in character before a wall covered in RiFF RaFF pictures. The caption? “Film game riffraff.”

The rapper, born Jody Christian, tells TMZ that he still hasn’t been compensated for the character.

“It’s like if I have a front yard.” he explained. “And you’re planting soil and you’re planting trees and building peaches and houses and selling parking lots on my property, then I deserve to be compensated for some portion of that money.”

Uh… right.
