In his quest to become the undisputed king of reality television, Vanilla Ice will be hosting another reality show on the DIY Network. He did his time on The Surreal Life, he’s already a rapper-turned-renovator for the DIY Network on The Vanilla Ice Project, and now he’s going to grow out his beard.

That’s right! Rob Van Winkle will be hosting a show called Vanilla Ice Goes Amish, showcasing Amish construction techniques on the DIY network. Yes, this is a real thing. No, it is not a hilarious joke.

This is part of the DIY Network’s plans to expand their musician-themed offering of shows, which includes plans for a show featuring Reverend Run and his family doing some renovations next year, and plans for a show where Daryl Hall of Hall & Oates renovates a farmhouse in Connecticut.

In related news, Weird Al is a certified prophet. The video for “Amish Paradise” is Vanilla Ice’s life.
