Authority on inappropriate male shirtlessness Matthew McConaughey has come out in defence of Justin Bieber’s propensity to let it fly, telling MTV that he supports the singer’s choice to walk sans-top through airports, gyms and wherever else.
“[It’s] appropriate wherever you say it’s appropriate. It’s your shirt,” said McConaughey.
Unfortunately no one’s yet come to Bieber’s aid amidst new allegations that Swedish police found a [small] amount of drugs and a [stun] gun on his bus after a show in Stockholm. According to the National Post, the bus was parked outside Bieber’s hotel when police were alerted to check it after getting a waft of ganja stink through the windows. Once inside, police spokesman Lars Bystrom says they found a small amount of drugs and a stun gun. Oh, and the bus was empty.
Nobody’s been charged and the drug hasn’t been officially identified, but there’s probably going tbe nothing coming of this one, at least not against Bieber.
No word on whether he was wearing a shirt when all of this was happening, but he did tweet today off-handedly addressing the allegations.
