Maybe the early afternoon isn’t the best time to post this but because she’s gross and desperate, Ke$ha says fans can watch her drink her own pee in MTV’s upcoming documentary My Crazy Beautiful Life. Oh, and that documentary was shot by her bother, Lagan Sebert.

Here’s how she explained the doc to BBC Radio 1 (via Music-News):

“We didn’t know what we were doing per se, but it’s my little brother and he’s my best friend. He’s got me wasted at 6am… He got all the things you would want to see and all the things you wouldn’t really want to see – making out with dudes, drinking my own pee, jumping out of a building, jumping out of aeroplanes, swimming with sharks…'”

Try as she might to casually slip it into the conversation, Ke$ha’s desperate depravity failed to slip by unnoticed. Don’t worry, though, she explained it.

“I was told drinking my own pee was good, I was trying to be healthy,” she said. “Somebody tried to take my pee away from me and I said, ‘That is mine!’ So I snatched it up and took a chug and it was really gross so I don’t do it anymore.”

There are a few things we can take from this.

1. She had her pee in some sort of readily accessible receptacle, hence: “someone tried to take it away from her”
2. She’s done this more than once, hence: “I don’t do it anymore” and not “I only did it the once” or “I haven’t done it since.
3. Gross.
4. Bear Grylls would be proud.
5. No, seriously. Gross.

Of course this isn’t the first we’ve heard of Ke$ha’s piss. Remember when she tweeted this?
