Lady Gaga was pretty busy last night, leaking an unreleased collaboration with Kendrick Lamar (but not that collaboration) after pledging $1 million to the American Red Cross.

“If it wasn’t for NYC: the Lower Eastside, Harlem, the Bronx and Brooklyn, I would not be the woman or artist that I am today. New York is relentless ambition, a drive to succeed, a place where there is a natural pursuit of diversity through compassion,” wrote Gaga on her blog.

She added that the gift comes on behalf of herself, her parents and her sister with their “deepest gratitude [to] New York” for raising them.

“Thank you for helping me build my spirit,” she said. “I will now help you rebuild yours.”

The leaked track we mentioned earlier isn’t the full fledged collaboration (“Partynausous”) we expected off good kid, m.A.A.d city but rather an alternate version of “Bitch Don’t Kill My Vibe” which sees Gaga singing the hook. While “Partynausous” was apparently left off the album when Gaga couldn’t agree with Lamar’s management, this cut was apparently held due to licensing reasons.
