War Child comp features new songs from Arkells, Ohbijou, Young Rival, and more

Compiled by Brendan McCarney, whose film Ages and Stages: The Story Of The Meligrove Band premiered this summer at NXNE, Band Together features 22 bands from across Canada offering exclusive tracks in support of War Child Canada.

Most of the songs, including Arkells’ “On Paper” and the Reason’s “Come & Go” are new acoustic renditions of previously released material, while Topanga, Still Life Still, Wildlife, Magneta Lane, Talk in Blue, and Morgan Ross all contributed brand-new songs to the digital album, from which 100% of the money raised will go to War Child.

Other artists involved include Teenage Kicks, Cuff the Duke, and Rich Aucoin. Check out the full tracklist and download it from iTunes, then feel very good about yourself and how you spend your money.
