Watch the new Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds video, "Everybody's On the Run"

Believe it or not, but Mischa Barton’s been busy as an actress since the OC went off the air in 2006. That being said, she stars in the latest video from Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds in a role that’s definitely closer to her modelling days.

“Everybody’s on the Run” is one of those bad day turned good videos, which features Barton and a similarly clad dude half-naked running around the city in leopard print underoos before they collide at the end.

Then there’s this part where everyone is sitting around glaring and nodding at each other in slow motion (including Gallagher himself, who plays a cab driver in the video in spite of the fact he doesn’t have his driver’s license…what an actor!) for what feels like 30 straight seconds. It’s weird.
