The Sex Pistols were a walking paradox: an anti-establishment act put together to piss people off and promote a swanky clothing store, and four decades later the trend continues with NME reporting that a rare single by the band has sold for just under $20,000 at auction.
Yep, someone paid $19,672US for a 35-year-old 7-inch, one which includes “God Save the Queen” and “No Feelings” and is reportedly one of just two copies in existence (the other sold for $16,000 in 2006).
