Alleged new Killswitch Engage song featuring Jesse Leach on vocals leaks

Killswitch Engage fans got a little re-engergized when it was announced that original vocalist Jesse Leach had rejoined the band in place of long time replacement Howard Jones, and last night a new song from the band’s upcoming album started making the rounds online.

Officially, “This Is Confrontation” was never confirmed to be new. But there’s clout to the rumours: almost immediately after it popped up on YouTube, cease and desists from Warner started flooding in. Then there’s the song itself: the vocals are clearly Leach, and the music is unmistakeably their own.

As the PRP points out, certain instances of the leak suggest their new album could be called Disarm the Decent,

The song admittedly sounds a touch unmastered, at least compared to much of the band’s glossy material, but if you’re curious we’ll assume that doesn’t matter. Listen to “This Is Confrontation” below.
