After giving us the gift of the Kate Upton “Cat Daddy” dance video, photographer Terry Richardson is presenting us with more visual gifts. On Terry’s Diary, Richardson posted a series of photos he took while attending the rehearsals and performance of Gaga’s very first show on the Born This Way Ball tour, in Seoul, South Korea on April 27th, 2012.

The gallery of photos features candid shots of Lady Gaga, images of excitable Korean Little Monsters, and depictions of the elaborate set decoration that Gaga has for this tour, all shot in Richardson’s provocative point-and-shoot style.

I’ve snatched a few of the photos here for your viewing pleasure, but make sure you head over to Terry’s Diary to check out the whole set:

The show was the first of a 61 date tour that spans Europe, Asia, and Australia. With a total of 45 thousand audience members in attendance, Gaga seemed to be pretty happy with opening night:

Which artist holds the record for highest attendance in the history of Korean concerts? Michael Jackson, of course, with a sold-out crowd of 100,000 in 1997.
