With a notorious penchant for all-AMURICAN politics, Kid Rock has publicly endorsed Mitt Romney, performing “Born Free” at the Michigan gig where he made the announcement. Kid Rock then draped himself in the American flag, jumped into the crowd and pointed out that you were naked because that’s how all nightmares go, right? [via Gawker]

According to Johnny Marr, the band is “not reuniting this week,” but will join forces when the current government steps down. Upon the prime minister asking why the group hates him, Marr replied with a smile, “You Just Haven’t Earned It Yet, Baby.”
