Upcoming Michael Jackson tribute is still pissing people off, namely MJ's fans

Michael Jackson fans are pissed off about the upcoming, unauthorized tribute for dead king of pop. As they should be, since the Michael Jackson Forever promoters have reportedly slashed ticket prices and started offering a two for one deal which won’t apply to anyone who’s already purchased tickets.

As Rolling Stone points out, this is the latest in a series of guffaws on the festival’s part.

Not only is it set to take place in Wales for no apparent reason—though I guess we can’t hold that against them—but it’s been publicly decried by Jackon’s sister, his estate (basically his family members who have their own income) and a whole bunch of his fans. To make matters worse, Beyonce’s apparently only going to contribute to the show via satellite and not live and on stage, as apparently promised. Way to get pregnant before the festivities, Beyonce.
