Miley Cyrus covers Gorillaz and Twitter is not happy about it

Because covering Nirvana, Poison and Fleetwood Mac wasn’t enough, Miley Cyrus has chosen to interpret the Gorillaz track “Melancholy Hill,” thus inciting riotous protests from anyone with the capacity to tweet, type, and comment anonymously.
Presenting it as a “gift” to two of her backup dancers on their anniversary (I mean, why?!), the former Disney star took to the stage and gave Damon Albarn her best shot—which is nothing compared to watching the two dancers make out right next to her.
Suffice to say, they didn’t share these thoughts:
