If you haven’t been up on your Bieber news, the little tyke has recently been spotted heading to the studio with Chris Brown, prompting everyone to kind of make a face and hope against hope that they talk about nothing but singing in whatever key they’re choosing to sing in. And while this union isn’t particularly weird, it’s slightly distressing. As is the forthcoming Lou Reed/Metallica pairing. So in the spirit of eyebrow-raising musical endeavors, here are 10 other duets that constitute as odd.

10. Linkin Park and Jay-Z – “Encore”

The weird part? Jay-Z was given a choice.

9. R Kelly and Celine Dion – “I’m Your Angel”

Nine years later and “Real Talk” was born.

8. Gwyneth Paltrow and Huey Lewis – “Cruisin'”

Remember that this happens every time another movie doesn’t get made.

7. Nelly and Tim McGraw – “Over and Over”

Obvious pun alert: not all in our heads.

6. Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and Phil Collins – “Home”

Street cred upped. Phil says, “You’re welcome.”

5. Paul McCartney and Michael Jackson – “Say Say Say”

Just not the same without the Pop Up Video facts.

4. James Brown and Pavarotti – “It’s A Man’s World”

Gods among men.

3. David Bowie and Bing Crosby – “Little Drummer Boy”

Perhaps the greatest Christmas gift of all.

2. DMX and Marilyn Manson – “The Omen”

Y’all gonna make us lose our minds.

1. Ozzy Osborne and Miss Piggy – “Born To Be Wild”

Yes you are, guys. Yes you are.
