No Doubt set to announce new album details, Gwen Stefani says her solo career is over

In case you didn’t ever notice, No Doubt rules. It’s been ten years (TEN YEARS) since they’ve released an album of new material and the one we had a faint hope of when they reunited to tour two years ago still hasn’t appeared.

It’s being teased in an Entertainment Weekly interview today that in the issue to hit the newsstands on Friday, some “big news” will be revealed. In the interview snippet, Gwen Stefani claims that the solo career that took over during the band’s hiatus is officially over, calling it a “moment in time.”

“It went on a little longer than we all thought it would,” she tells EW, “because it was inspired and you have to go with wherever you’re at in that time in your life.”

Okay so hopefully that means where they’re at means back in the bangers game forever and ever.
