According to an exclusive on AllHipHop.com, a man has admitted to the shooting of Tupac Shakur in November of 1994.

Dexter Isaac, currently serving life in prison for murder, robbery and other offenses, says he was paid $2,500 dollars by James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond in November of 1994 to shoot Tupac at Manhattan’s Quad Studios. The shooting was initially suspected by Shakur to have been orchestrated by Sean Combs, Andre Harrell, and Biggie Smalls, though this was later disproven. It’s said that this infamous incident was the beginning of the feud that killed both Tupac and Notorious B.I.G.

The admission comes on the eve of what would have been Tupac’s 40th birthday. Isaac did not speak on the death of the rapper, but says that his information was offered to help give Shakur and Biggie’s families some closure. You can read the full article here.
