Listen to three new Morrissey tracks from his forthcoming record

In a letter to his fans last month, which included a rant about who and what the British media regard as ‘news’, Morrissey revealed that his new as-yet-untitled album (following 2009’s Years of Refusal) was finished and awaiting a record label.
The former Smiths singer took to BBC Radio 2 last night and offered a preview of the new album by performing three new tracks: “Action is My Middle Name,” “The Kid’s a Looker,” and “People Are the Same Everywhere”.
He’ll be touring the UK this month and next, though no North American dates have been announced. Stream all three tracks below.
