Courtney Love shops on Etsy but tells people in her profile to "bear with" potential payment problems

While Courtney Love recovers from some minor burns suffered from a small fire in her New York townhouse the other day, maybe she can do some online shopping!

Love apparently, um, loves Etsy: she’s got a ton of stuff favourited (including some fan art of her and, yes, “1990s Grunge Style Babydoll Dress Patterns”), and has been purchasing things from independent designers and re-sellers on the site since as far back as at least 2008 (though her profile says this account opened in 2010). But the rest of us non-Etsiers are just catching on and reading her profile and loving it the way we do and the way we are endlessly fascinated with her.

The best part of her current profile is the ‘About’ section, where Love basically says there may be payment problems. It reads:

“just like to come here, my checks are on a wierd sahcedule so bear with, per paypal plus my paypal account has had wierd stuff happen eg salaries and theft, so im very persnickity about it, but if i really like it youll get paid , my cpa hates the word”etsy: ” but theres vendors on here i adore nd i al;ways discover new inspiring stuff.”

No idea whether the profile is real or not (it probably is), but if it isn’t, kudos (?) to whoever runs it: you’ve got her down pat.
