Watch The Dears get interviewed by a 9-year-old

Comedy website Funny or Die recently hosted the Dears on their Music Time with Jennie P show (she’s also “hosted” Weezer and No Age), only Jennie was running late and her little cousin Penny J started the interview without her. The band didn’t seem to mind.

Penny J starts the interview on a really professional note, asking the band about their origins and the recording of their new album before Jennie P arrives, late because she was doing laundry and ordering pizza. The two girls start fighting it out before the band suggests a question off. In the end, of course, pizza wins. Yeah. We don’t know either.
