Crazy kids and their crazy water toys?
Sean Kingston crashed his personal watercraft into a Miami Beach bridge last night and is currently in hospital.
According to Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission spokesman Jorge Pino, Kingston and a female passenger were injured when the watercraft hit the Palm Island Bridge around 6 p.m. yesterday evening.
Both were hospitalized and a representative from Kingston’s label, Epic Records, reports the singer was sent to Ryder Trauma Center and is currently “stabilized.”
Authorities are investigation the crash, though Pino says “nothing at this point would indicate that alcohol played a role.” Kingston’s last album Tomorrow was released in 2009 and a new as-yet-untitled album is tentatively scheduled to come out later this year or early next. [AP]
