Deadmau5 remixes Foo Fighters' "Rope"

Foo Fighters might be one of the biggest rock bands in the world right now. They’re about to release a new album, which was recorded with producer Steve Albini (Nevermind) and features Krist Novoselic on bass, as well as start a North American tour playing in local garages.

Apparently Canadian producer/DJ Joel Zimmerman, aka Deadmau5, is a fan of the Foos and has joined in on the hype by remixing the band’s first single “Rope” from the new record. You can listen and download it below. Wasting Light, Foo Fighters’ seventh studio album, comes out April 12.
