This morning's new music news; Marilyn Manson drummer Ginger Fresh has left the band, Vivian Girls' new record is available for instant download and Patrick Wolf will released his next LP in May.

Longtime Marilyn Manson drummer Ginger Fresh, real name Kenneth Robert Wilson, has announced his departure from the band. “I can’t stand by to watch opportunities pass me by simply because the knowledge of my availability wasn’t clearly expressed by me,” he said in a statement. “I wish my brothers well, and I expect nothing but great things from them.” [NME]

Vivian Girls have released an instant download of their forthcoming album Share The Joy after it recently leaked online. The album can be downloaded with any pre-order purchase. The physical copy comes out April 12. [Exclaim!]

And Patrick Wolf will released a new album entitled Lupercalia on May 31. [Clash Music]
