A day after the Grammy Awards, where he currently has seven nominations, Bruno Mars will appear in court and plead guilty to the charge of cocaine possession.
The singer/songwriter and music producer, whose real name is Peter Hernandez, was arrested last September when police found him with 2.6 grams of cocaine after a nightclub gig in Las Vegas.
Mars is expected to receive a year on probation, pay a $2,000 fine, complete drug counseling and 200 hours of community service.
His debut studio album Doo-Wops & Hooligans was released last October. [BBC]
