Just because Blink 182 are in the midst of massive comeback mode doesn’t mean their independent egos are about to forfeit stroking as they take a backseat to the group’s collaborative efforts.

NME reports that drummer Travis Barker has plans to drop his solo album come February, and the title Give the Drummer Some (insert generic sexual reference-based joke here), can only be a glimpse into its maturity and prose.

But rest assured, you’re not about to hear Travis croon while taking on multi-instrumental roles. Guest vocalists include Slipknot singer Corey Taylor, Slash, Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne and Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington, and the album’s being produced by The Neptunes, DJ Khalil and Barker himself.

And while it may seem surprising that “the other boys in the band” are lacking from the roster ‘o celebs, members of Barker’s side project, The Transplants, make an appearance, and Blink 182 is confirmed be playing multiple UK dates in the upcoming year.
