At the end of each week, #Top40Tweets lists a cross-section of artists on the current pop charts and puts their tweets on display (along with their current chart number) for your enjoyment/scrutiny. This week, we look at 10 artists on the Billboard Hot 100.

#13: Waka Flocka Flame – No Hands

Yessss, I really hope #wakaflockalypse caught on and is trending. . .

Ah, darn it.

Worth Following?: Yes.  Flockaveli has tons of personality and charm, and it really shines through on his Twitter account. He’s the son of Gucci Mane’s former manager, and apparently Mane gave him the name Flocka Flame. As long as he doesn’t get an ice cream cone tattooed on his face, I predict a promising career for Waka Flocka Flame.

#100: Travis Porter – Make It Rain

Wow, 86 ladies, eh?

Interesting. More ladies want their hair pulled than want their butts smacked. If this whole rap thing doesn’t work out, maybe Travis Porter can get a job with Statistics Canada.

Worth Following?: Yes. I will always advise that you follow any artist that has absolutely no filter between their brain and their Twitter-app. Clearly, Travis Porter (not to be confused with Toronto cool-guy concert promoter Travis Porter) falls into this category.

#78: Reba – Turn On The Radio

Tweebas! I almost fell off of my chair.

Worth Following?: No. Just no. #burninhelltweebas

#88: Kanye West – All of the Lights

Q: Can I get that on a size Large novelty t-shirt?

A: Yeah, it’s right over there, beside the “I’ma let you finish…” section.

Worth Following?: I’m gonna go ahead and say it. If you’re not following Kanye, you’re on Twitter for the wrong reasons. Straight up.

#86: Fabolous – You Be Killin Em

Proof:

More proof:

Fabolous sure knows how to treat a lady right.

Worth Following?: Yes! It’s not as if the Turkey Burgers and the Swiss Miss is all Fab has to offer. He also enjoys art.
